QA Leadership Portfolio
Welcome to my personal portfolio. Here, you can find my resume and learn more about my journey as a Software QA Engineer Lead.
Quality Assurance Expertise

Quality is a culture shift, it is not the sole responsibility of one QA member, it is about embedding quality in agile development.

Problem solver, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to find the best solution that provides VALUE to the stakeholders.

Creating an open-minded, collaborative team environment, fostering candid conversations.
Project Highlights Overview
Agile Quality Assurance
As a software QA leader, I have spearheaded numerous endeavors focusing on changing the perception of quality assurance. Instilling quality at a team level, allowing all members to act collaboratively.
Shift Left Testing
Quality assurance must be at the forefront of any agile team, getting QA involved in the planning process remedies issues down the road. QA members should be testing features in a development environment and providing feedback to the developer in the sprint.
Breaking Down The Wall
QA is a part of the scrum team too! Too often there is a proverbial wall between developers and QA members, oftentimes throwing work over the wall to one another. Having QA members involved in pointing sessions, participating in retro, and being subject matter experts in the application leads to a collaborative relationship between developers and QA.
Automated Testing
Automated tests are a critical tool to utilize. Having experience across several testing frameworks, I have helped develop the best solution for multiple projects. Creating a test plan on user behavior leads to bugs being caught sooner, and minimizes errors that stakeholders will see.
